Supervisor Outfit

We are currently looking for a Supervisor Outfit with experience in the maritime or high-end yachting industry.

Function

In this role, you will oversee the technical aspects of the outfitting discipline in yacht building, ensuring high-quality standards and smooth project execution.

Specific duties in this role include:

• Review engineering packages and collaborate with the engineering team.
• Coordinate and monitor work packages related to outfitting.
• Ensure quality control of work, equipment, and installations.
• Identify and propose process improvements.
• Check the availability and quality of incoming materials and equipment.
• Work closely with partners to optimize collaboration.
• Guide and instruct third parties as needed.

Requirements

• Higher Vocational Education (HBO) or Secondary Vocational Education (MBO+) with relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the maritime or yacht-building industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills, quality-focused, and persuasive.
• Passion for technical excellence and eagerness to learn.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
