Senior Integrated Project Planner

Function
As an Integrated Project Planner, your main responsibilities include timely project activity planning and generating progress reports for the project management team. You will serve as the connection between various processes, overseeing the planning of activities spanning engineering, procurement, manufacturing engineering, production, and commissioning from contract to delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing logistics processes to ensure the timely delivery of equipment to the construction site.
Specific duties in this role include:
- Collaborate with project managers, team leaders, and subcontractors to establish a comprehensive baseline plan for all project activities, taking into account the master planning and allocated hours
- Monitor and evaluate the operational planning, identifying any delays or bottlenecks in progress
- Generate progress status reports and develop hour forecast information to provide an overview of project advancement
- Compile project-related data for the purpose of multi-project planning
- Analyze and optimize workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and equipment/workspace layout to maximize operational efficiency
- Initiate improvement processes in specific areas to enhance overall project performance
- Lead the logistics team to ensure that project objectives and requirements are met
- Engage in discussions and negotiations with customs authorities to address import/export requirements, incoterms, and related matters when necessary
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
- Have a minimum of five years of experience in planning complex technical projects
- Proficiency in utilizing planning software such as Primavera P6 or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management and additional knowledge of manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain processes is advantageous
- Thorough understanding of all project management phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English languages
