Project Support Engineer

Function
We are looking for a dedicated Project Support Engineer to ensure the accuracy and proper management of engineering-related data within Teamcenter. This role is vital for maintaining consistent, accurate, and up-to-date project data, meeting all project requirements. The Project Support Engineer will collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as Project Managers, Document Controllers, Specialists, and Engineers to ensure efficient data handling and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage engineering data within Teamcenter, ensuring its correct placement and integrity.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure complete and accurate data entry.
- Assist the Procurement team by preparing data sets required for suppliers.
- Follow up with project team members to resolve incomplete or missing data.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes within the Engineering Department and share solutions with the team.
- Apply thorough knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to support project needs.
Requirements
- Solid experience and understanding of Product Lifecycle Management systems.
- Familiarity with tools like Teamcenter or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical mindset to identify and implement process improvements.
