We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Engineering to lead and coordinate the engineering phase of complex marine projects. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring technical quality, compliance, and seamless integration with production while keeping scope, budget, and timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the engineering process, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Act as the main engineering contact for clients, production, and suppliers.
• Lead technical coordination across disciplines and resolve engineering challenges.
• Report on progress, quality, and resource allocation to management.
• Optimize workflows and ensure smooth integration with construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field.
• Strong experience in large-scale marine or yacht-building projects.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with engineering software and classification standards is a plus.
