Project Manager Automation

Function
Your role will involve overseeing the successful execution of automation projects within the dredging industry. This includes managing new dredger constructions, renovations, upgrades, and customer-specific assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring projects meet contractual obligations, specifications, and safety standards.
- Managing project planning, budgeting, progress monitoring, and assignment prioritization.
- Leading the project team and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Requirements
- MBO+/HBO level of education with several years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Expertise in instrumentation, control, and automation of dredging equipment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and progress monitoring skills.
- Ability to motivate project teams and collaborate effectively with other functional disciplines.
- Proficiency in software tools such as MS Projects, ERP/MRP systems, and MS Office is also necessary.
