For our Mechanical Production department, we are looking for a Project Leader HVAC. You will make a significant contribution to the high quality of our yachts.

Function

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Leader with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. You have experience with HVAC systems and a passion for yacht building. You are capable of leading projects, monitoring schedules, and motivating team members to achieve excellent results together.

Company

As a Project Leader in the Mechanical Production department, you are the central point of contact for all sanitary installations on board during the yacht’s construction. You work in the highest division of yacht building, where the scope and complexity of the systems increase rapidly. From the moment Engineering establishes the specifications, you are responsible for leading the project for the HVAC discipline. You coordinate project requirements, deadlines, and schedules, and align them with your interdisciplinary team members from hull, interior, and exterior.

You oversee the entire project, meticulously monitor the planning, budget, and ensure progress. You prepare status reports, project communication plans, and provide advice on these. Additionally, you lead the project team and coordinate production preparations, such as drawing checks, onboard sign-offs, scheduling work, and ensuring the internal availability of materials. You take project risks, set guidelines, and quality requirements into account. You evaluate projects along the way and make adjustments as needed. Each yacht is unique, allowing your knowledge to grow quickly. The variety in content and collaboration with different disciplines makes the role diverse. Together with all your colleagues, you deliver a leading yacht within the set specifications, planning, and budget. This gives you satisfaction.
