Production Teamlead (Dutch Required)

Function
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hydraulic piping is delivered to the customer or ready for assembly on time and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of 9 specialists and 1 supervisor, motivating and inspiring them to work enthusiastically on our projects, building (qualitatively) towards the future.
- You spot improvement opportunities and work with your team to implement solutions.
- You play an active role in shaping the future direction of our production processes.
- You oversee production operations, ensuring they align with budget and material requirements.
- You collaborate closely with engineering and work preparation teams to refine production methods.
- You coordinate with the sales team to ensure that projects are seamlessly integrated into the production flow.
- You’re ready to step in and lend a hand on the floor whenever needed.
Requirements
You are a proactive, meticulous leader who can motivate others, delegate tasks effectively, and think creatively to solve challenges.
Additionally, you bring the following qualifications:
- A BSc degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Technology, Shipbuilding, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Dutch (English proficiency is an advantage).
