Mechanical Supervisor
We are currently looking for a Mechanical Supervisor with experience in the maritime industry.
Function
In this position, you are part of a multidisciplinary project team that designs high-end yachts, and you oversee the development and installation of mechanical equipment onboard. You will report directly to the Project Manager Production.
Specific duties in this role include:
- Planning and scheduling material and equipment deliveries for your area in collaboration with the manager
- Being the first point of contact for supervisors and subcontractors for best results
- Identifying and resolving planning or production issues and keeping all the stakeholders updated with the progress
- Monitoring the quality standards and ensuring timely inspections with supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in working with the MS Office suite
- Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal
