International Sales Director (100K)

We are looking for a dynamic Director Sales to drive growth for a innovative company in maritime hydromechanical solutions

Function

As the International Sales Director, you will be part of the management team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will play a key role in strengthening the company’s global presence and will work closely with all departments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing international sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities in Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America.
• Setting up and Leading a global network of distributors, sales agents, and in-house teams to ensure market penetration.
• Managing customer relationships and overseeing after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction, focusing on maintenance and spare parts sales.
• Contributing to the overall business strategy with a strong customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• Degree in commercial, Mechanical, Electrical, Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in maritime sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
• Extensive network in the maritime sector and solid reputation.
• Fluent in English, French would be an advance but the willingness to learn.
• Place of residence in the Netherlands is preferred but not required.
• Willing to travel abroad and being present in Brest region regulary.
