HVAC Systems Engineer

We are currently looking for an HVAC Systems Engineer for the shipbuilding industry, with focus on yachting.

Function

As a HVAC Systems Engineer, you will be part of a project team and you will work in close collaboration and report to the Lead Engineer. You will focus only on HVAC systems for one project at a time and will ensure the best quality of the work performed.

Specific duties in this role include:

  • Translating conceptual design into technical documentation for production
  • Being responsible with the norms, standards, laws and regulations of the yacht
  • Preparing basic and multidisciplinary technical drawings and specifications for subcontractors

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Marine Engineering or HVAC systems coupled with several years of experience
  • Experience in working with the MS Office suite, AutoCad, Rhinoceros
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal
  • Quality oriented and a very organized personality
