Head of Production – Yacht Building (Jeddah)

Function

As Head of Production, you will oversee the entire yacht production process, ensuring exceptional quality, maximizing efficiency, and driving the company’s strategic growth. This leadership role requires expertise in yacht manufacturing, a business-oriented mindset, and a strong focus on scaling operations for international expansion.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for developing and managing production systems, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the best collaboration between engineering, procurement, subcontractors, quality control, and logistics.

Specific duties in this role include:

• Lead yacht production for efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Optimize workflows, implement lean manufacturing, and track KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and classification standards.
• Manage resources, workforce, and subcontractors.
• Scale operations for growth and global expansion, aiming for high annual yacht production.
• Integrate technologies and cost-efficient production methods.
• Quality control to exceed premium standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in yacht building with a BSc/MSc degree in a technical discipline.
• Proven track record in scaling production and driving growth.
• Expertise in yacht construction, materials, and industry regulations.
• Skilled in lean manufacturing, cost control, and process optimization.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strategic mindset, aligning production with business goals.
• Fluent in English (an additional European language is considered a plus).
• Availability and willingness to relocate to Jeddah.

• Competitive salary ranging from €8,750 to €10,000 net per month.
