Electrical Supervisor

Function
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Supervisor to contribute to the construction of high-end custom yachts. In this role, you will work within a dynamic project team, collaborating to deliver exceptional yachts that meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate as part of a project team to oversee the yacht construction process.
- Focus on electrical systems while ensuring alignment with other disciplines such as interior, machinery, systems, and construction.
- Review engineering documents and liaise with the engineering team for technical clarity.
- Monitor and manage work packages related to your expertise, ensuring progress and quality.
- Oversee the quality of work, materials, and installations to meet high client expectations.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure the quality and availability of incoming materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with co-makers to optimize project outcomes.
- Provide training and guidance to third-party collaborators.
Requirements
- MBO+ with experience in your discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in the maritime or yacht-building industry.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a passion for technical excellence.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
