Change Coordinator Engineering

Function

As Change Coordinator, you will be part of the configuration management team acting like a link between the technical and administrative content of the project. The candidate will deal with customer requirements and documents, organizing and coordinating potential changes in the project.

Specific duties in this role include:

• Help identify and suggest engineering changes.
• Manage the entire process of handling requirements, documents, and configuration changes.
• Assign the right change management levels and oversee impact analyses.
• Track progress and follow up on open changes with the responsible teams.
• Coordinate changes that involve multiple Engineering teams.
• Create, implement, and communicate change execution plans.
• Ensure approved changes are accurately documented in the product configuration.

Requirements

• Having a BSc or MSc in a technical field with 2 – 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
• A deep understanding of engineering processes coupled with strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience with naval engineering concepts and practices; background in naval architecture is desirable.
• Knowledge of configuration management and change control processes.
• Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems.
• Customer oriented, able to motivate engineers and communicating with partners & suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
