Function

We are looking for a Cadmatic Specialist to ensure the quality and efficiency of CAD models and PLM systems within engineering projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing processes, supporting engineers, and maintaining high standards in digital model management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the 3D CAD and PLM system, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Support engineers and subcontractors in using CAD models effectively.
• Develop and manage a standardized 3D library for current and future projects.
• Optimize work processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to engineering teams on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLM solutions.

Requirements

• BSc-level education and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in CAD systems (preferably Cadmatic).
• Experience with PLM applications.
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, or shipbuilding is a plus.
• Ability to document workflows and create clear work instructions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
