Project Manager (Yacht Building)
We are currently looking for a Project Manager for the shipbuilding industry, with focus on yachting.
Functie
As a Project Manager, you will be part of a project team and you will work in close collaboration and report to the Project Director. You will focus on all the activities that are related to the design and the construction of the project you will work on.
Specific duties in this role include:
- Being in charge of the project on all aspects, both internally and externally
- Working and collaborating closely with clients, shipyards, subcontractors and classification societies
- Being responsible for the contract management on certain parts of the building contract
- Constantly working on project and process improvement
- Ensuring excellent communication between all technical and operational disciplines
Voorwaarden
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture with focus on yacht building
- At least five years of experience in a Project Management position for shipbuilding projects (yachting)
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate on all levels, including very demanding clients
- Quality oriented and a very organized personality
