Functie
We are recruiting a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead, large-scale projects from concept to delivery. You’ll be responsible for technical, feasibility, budget management, and ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously. Working closely with clients, you will identify their needs, advise on solutions, and manage the project lifecycle, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Specific tasks in this role:
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring on-time, quality deliverables within budget.
- Advise clients, assess their needs, and deliver tailored project solutions.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and risks, taking corrective actions when needed.
- Develop project plans, including specifications, budgets, schedules, and work descriptions.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- Oversee personnel performance and team development within the project scope.
Voorwaarden
- Hbo working and thinking level with project management experience.
- Knowledge of materials, metal conservation techniques,and project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. We prefer English and Dutch.
- If you are able to speak French it would be a big plus
- NACE level 2, and COSI “Guidance” is preferred.

They offer their services on location, offshore or in their own workshops, carried out by skilled and experienced professionals. The company has various divisions and is located at various locations in the Netherlands and abroad, including Brest, France.
