Functie
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for product/quality, time and budget in order to complete your projects within the set conditions. These are exclusively new construction projects and extensive modifications for the Royal Dutch Navy.
Specific task in this role:
- Organisationally, financially and technically responsible.
- Drawing up schedules.
- Manage up to 10 project employees consisting of draftsmen, work planners and (experienced) project engineers.
- Regular consultation with Defence (COMMIT and DMI) on location and digitally.
- Visits to shipyards in the Netherlands and abroad for inspections and checks.
- Reports to the Senior Project Manager.
Voorwaarden
For this position we are looking for a candidate who has experience as a technical project leader and preferably an expert in HVAC systems.
- BSc degree in technology.
- You have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in leading technical projects.
- Experience with designing HVAC installations.
- English, spoken and written.
Desired:
- Project management certificate such as IPMA or Prince2
- A network within Defence
- Knowledge of ILS is desirable.
- Dutch citizenship is preferred
