Functie
We are looking for a Project Engineer – Construction to lead the engineering scope of a yachtbuilding project. You will be responsible for planning, budget, and quality control, ensuring timely and integrated execution of the final design, detailed engineering, and documentation. Collaborating across disciplines, you will align technical solutions, resolve challenges, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project scope, ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and standards.
- Assess feasibility and manufacturability of the yacht in coordination with other disciplines.
- Guide and support engineers, reviewing technical documentation for accuracy and quality.
- Manage planning and progress, coordinating work within the team and with subcontractors.
- Engage with stakeholders, including the Owner’s team, suppliers, and production, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Voorwaarden
- Experience in yachtbuilding and a strong technical background.
- Proficiency in Teamcenter NX and relevant engineering tools.
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Leadership skills to guide a team and ensure high-quality execution.
- Ability to manage complex projects, balancing deadlines, budgets, and technical challenges.
