Functie

As a Construction Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Senior Engineers, fellow engineers, and the Lead Engineer Construction, to whom you will report. You will be responsible for detailed engineering, creating 3D models, and managing various project data sheets. This position is essential in ensuring that engineering and production processes run efficiently and adhere to quality standards.

The Construction team is tasked with overseeing the construction and assembly of the hull and related components. You will be an integral part of a project team, working in tandem with other disciplines. Together, you will ensure smooth information flow between engineering and production, helping to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed engineering designs, 3D models, and data sheets for assigned projects.
• Work alongside other departments to ensure smooth production and engineering integration.
• Uphold quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Monitor and manage information flow to and from production to maintain project timelines and standards.

Voorwaarden

• MBO/HBO level of education.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within shipbuilding or yacht construction.
• A solid understanding of the construction process for seaworthy yachts.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software.
• A proactive approach to staying informed on construction processes and sharing updates with your team
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
