Project Planner
We are currently looking for a Project Planner with experience in the maritime or high-end yachting industry.
Functie
In this position, you will manage the integral project planning, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal team members and external partners, such as co-makers and subcontractors. Your focus will be on aligning project timelines with the building strategy to guarantee timely execution, maximum efficiency and profitability.
Specific duties in this role include:
- Developing and maintaining the integral project planning in collaboration with the Project Core Team and external stakeholders
- Monitoring, aligning and adjusting the project planning as necessary to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, discussing progress, deviations and solutions to keep the project on track
- Identifying risks, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate them
- Analyzing the impact of change orders on the project timeline, gathering input from relevant parties and update plans accordingly
Voorwaarden
- Higher Vocational Education or Secondary Vocational Education with relevant work experience
- Three to five years of working experience, preferably in the maritime or yacht-building industry
- Ability to overview complex projects
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities
- Pro-active and solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in the MS office suite and planning software, preferably Primavera
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
