Phase 1
The process starts as soon as you apply by sending your CV or when we approach you for a specific job position. Once we review your profile and we are triggered by your CV, we will invite you for a first interview, which is, in most of the cases, an Orientation Meeting.
During the first interview we talk about your experiences, ambitions and interests for your next career challenge. This way, we can match these to the job positions that suit you best and discuss about the companies and job positions that could match with your profile as a whole.
Phase 2
After a positive meeting with you, we will, always with your agreement, discuss your profile with the companies discussed during our first chat. We know that the maritime world is a small one. Do you want to avoid uncomfortable situations with your current employer? In this case, we can present your profile to our client anonymously.
Upon the CV we present and our presentation in the company, our client will determine whether you will be invited for an interview at their office (or by Skype) or not.
Phase 3
In case the company invites you for a meeting, we schedule the meeting and give you all the information that you need to ensure that you will have a successful and pleasant conversation with your future employer. We give you practical and useful information for the meeting, from possible technical questions to appropriate dress code.
In case the meeting with the company was not as expected, we help you finding other interesting possibilities within other organizations.
Phase 4
In case there is a match between you and the company, we will schedule the second meeting for you and our future employer. In case both parties are confident about the possible cooperation, negotiations about labour conditions will take place. Though this step, we will also act as a mediator between you and the company.
Phase 5
Once you have signed the contract with your new employer, we help you with any practical issue you may need in order to start working. Eventually, we certainly keep in touch with you to make sure that you perform well and you are comfortable in your new job position.
