Sales Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to manage long-term relationships with current clients and develop new business opportunities in Europe.

Function

As a Sales Executive you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, and introduce new products to current customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new market opportunities and strategies.
  • Initiate partnerships and explore potential business opportunities.
  • Present products to potential clients, collaborating with sales and marketing for impactful strategies.
  • Act as an expert on company products and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs, identifying ways to optimize sales and exceed targets.
  • Share customer insights and industry knowledge to uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop actionable sales plans to drive regional growth.
  • Schedule regular client meetings to strengthen relationships within the region.
  • Generate regular sales reports and analysis for strategic decisions.
  • Maintain an individual sales pipeline and update CRM systems to track progress.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or business development.
  • Proven experience in market research and sales strategy.
  • Skilled in CRM systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a proactive mindset and a focus on meeting targets.
  • Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented.
