Senior Engineer – Construction

Function
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality, timely final designs for luxury yacht projects.
You will be responsible for detailed engineering, developing 3D models, and preparing various data sheets for assigned projects. You’ll manage a team of engineers within the Construction discipline, ensuring successful completion of the engineering work related to the yacht’s hull and structural components.
You’ll help maintain quality standards, monitor the flow of information to and from production, and ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
Requirements
- MBO/HBO level of education.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, within shipbuilding or yacht construction.
- Familiarity with the entire construction process of seaworthy yachts.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and motivating team members.
- Effective communication abilities in both Dutch and English.
